Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing before your item is dispatched. During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may be extended to 8-10 weeks. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. We use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging your items, occasionally things can go wrong during transit. 

- **For tracked orders:** If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and will send a replacement or provide a full refund.

- **For untracked orders:** We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, which is why we recommend choosing a tracked service for valuable orders.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
